How do I place an order?

With our simple step by step process it is easy to choose your mug and for many designs to add your own personalisation.

Can I order more than one mug?

Yes, using our simple step by step process allows you to buy various mugs and multiples of each design.

How long does it take for my mugs to arrive?

Once we have received your order, your mug will be put into production and despatched using Royal Mail 24 to ensure you receive your order swiftly. 90% of Royal Mail 24 orders are delivered the next working day after dispatch. You should have your mug within 3 – 5 working days.

What are your payment methods?

Pay with a Debit/Credit card; simply enter your payment details securely when prompted at the checkout.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Once you have received an order confirmation, you are unable to change/ cancel your order.

My order still hasn’t arrived!

All our mugs are sent First Class via Royal Mail who undertake to deliver 90% of first class items the next day with the rest possibly taking up to 3 working days to arrive. If you have still not received your mug after 3 days please contact us and we will be happy to help.

My order has arrived and is incorrect?

At ExpressMugs.com we hope that every customer is happy with the quality of mug. However, if there appears to be a problem with your order please contact the customer services team. We will need your order number and registered email. If you also include information about the fault, then this will help us resolve your issue quickly.
